release notes

TAK / CoT to this phone pins the loopback socket to lo before it is bound. A socket opened without Wi-Fi or Ethernet is replaced once either connects, including when cellular was already up. A socket opened on that LAN keeps sending after the LAN drops. Diagnostics lists whether TAK is on, the destination kind and port, whether the loopback socket is bound to lo, what was connected when it opened, and whether the last send succeeded. The host address stays off that page.
